Pay the membership fee

Once you pay your $100 monthly membership fee, you'll be accepted as a VIP member. This fee will be charged every month and credited to your Fix Studios account balance.

Can I cancel my VIP membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your VIP membership at any time by submitting your request in writing via email or the contact form on our website. Please note that the membership fee is non-refundable, however, you will still be able to use your remaining account balance if any is available after you cancel your membership.
Can I share my VIP membership with a friend or family member?
No, VIP membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.
How do I use my $100 credit each month?
Your $100 credit is automatically added to your account balance each month. You can use this account balance toward the cost of our products or services. You will be able to see your account balance at any time through our mobile app, or when checking out at our office during your appointment.
Is there an expiration date to my account balance?
No, once the credits are deposited into your account balance, they are there until you use them. Keep in mind, monthly credits are not redeemable for refund and must be used towards products and services at Fix Studios.
How often can I use my membership benefits?
As often as you like! If there is no remaining balance on your account you would simply pay the difference, but your discounts and VIP perks still apply.
How soon can I use my membership after signing up?
Immediately. If there is not enough funds in your account balance, you can pay the difference with another form of payment. Your discounts and VIP perks will be available as soon as you sign up.
What if i am not satisfied with my membership?
First speak with one of our staff to see if we can come up with a satisfactory solution. You can cancel your membership at any time. When you do, your VIP status will be downgraded and you will not be eligible for any of the benefits associated with the VIP membership. Your remaining account balance will still be available for use to purchase products or services.

VIP membership terms and conditions

This contract ("Agreement") is made between Fix Studios and the VIP member ("Member") who enrolls in the VIP program ("Program"). The terms and conditions of the Program are as follows:

1. Membership Fee: The Member shall pay a monthly membership fee of $100, which will be automatically charged to the Member's credit card or other payment method on file with Fix Studios.

2. Deposit: The $100 monthly fee will be added to the Member's account as a deposit, which can be used towards any product or service offered by Fix Studios. This deposit is non-refundable and can only be used towards the purchase of products and/or services at Fix Studios.

3. Discounts: Members will receive a 10% discount on all products and services offered by Fix Studios, excluding any promotional or sale items.

4. Membership Renewal: Membership in the Program will automatically renew each month and the monthly fee will be charged to the Member's payment method on file. The Member may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Fix Studios.

5. Termination: Fix Studios reserves the right to terminate a Member's membership in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.

6. Modification: Fix Studios reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Program at any time, including but not limited to the monthly fee, deposit amount, and discount percentage. Members will be notified of any modifications to the Program via email or other communication method.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Fix Studios and the Member with respect to the Program, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between Fix Studios and the Member.

9. Acknowledgment: By enrolling in the VIP program, the Member acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
