Please note: When booking online or over the phone, we require a $1 payment to reserve your appointment slot. This $1 payment does not in any way represent your final total cost. Please see our pricing page for detailed pricing information.

Cancellation Policy:
At Fix Studios, we understand that sometime unexpected things come up and patients may need to reschedule or cancel their appointments. However, we kindly request that our patients provide us with a 24 hour notice if they need to change or cancel their appointment.

If a patient fails to provide us with a 24-hour notice or does not show up for their appointment without notifying us, we are unable to fill that appointment slot with another patient. This results in a loss of time and revenue for our business.

To offset this loss, we charge a $50 fee to patients who do not provide a 24-hour notice or who no-call/no-show for their appointment. We hope that our patients understand that our time is valuable to us and to other patients who are trying to make appointments with us.

We appreciate our patients' cooperation and understanding in this matter, as it helps us to better serve our community and provide high-quality care to everyone who seeks our services.
